This is my two cents on McDonald's and Uber delivery.. though my directions are very simple and clear. The driver got confused and was delayed and giving me my food...My food was still delivered warm. I requested a milkshake a big Mac double cheeseburger and medium fries .. All the items arrived still warm still tasty .. I was surprised on how well of a job they did this time and I do appreciate their competency .. Note I did order during rush hour somewhere between 1145 and 12:15 PM on a Friday . 15. Someone does a good job now and then this day.
Service was Excellent, the place was super cleaned unlike several McDonald's in the Stockton area, highly recommend whenever you need something quick on the go
Jose is the best!! He has the best customer service. Jose is always friendly and efficient. Miguel is also really good too!!
Monte was the first drive-through employee that actually read me what I ordered and put that in the bag. I live a half a mile from the restaurant, and for the last two months every single order I have made has been incorrect until today when Monte. finally made it right. You need to keep her at this restaurant to ensure that your company stays alive. Because without her, I think I will keep going to Willys. If she goes, I will never come back. She should step the standards for future employees.
